Deposit & Payment

A deposit of $1,000 per person and a signed reservation form is due at the time of booking, before end of March. ’22 – with final payment due by the end of July, ’22

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Hidden Ireland Tours recommends cancellation insurance which you can purchase from your travel agent or online from companies specializing in travel insurance. If for any reason The Hidden Ireland Tours cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund of any tour deposits or payments. We cannot be responsible for unused airline tickets.

Release and Assumption of Risk

Participation on the trip is contingent upon receipt of the release form with the following understanding:

I understand that during the trekking trip in Nepal in which I am participating under arrangements of Hidden Ireland Tours and its agents/or associates, certain risk and dangers may arise, including but not limited to hazards of traveling in wilderness and remote areas; travel by automobile, van or other means of conveyance; the forces of nature; accident and/or illness in remote locations without immediate evacuation or medical facilities.

In consideration of, and as partial payment for the right to participate in such trips, hikes or walks and other associated activities, and the food and service arranged for me by Hidden Ireland Tours, I have and do hereby assume all the above risks and will hold Hidden Ireland Tours, its agents and associates harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, claims, debts and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever, which I now have or may arise in connection with my trip or participation in any other activities arranged by me or for me by Hidden Ireland Tours and/or its agents and associates absent the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Hidden Ireland Tours and/or its agents and associates. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my heirs, administrators, and executors and for all members of my family including any minor(s) accompanying me.

I also understand that Hidden Ireland Tours’ guides have the right to disqualify me from any trip activity if in his/her judgement, I am incapable of that activity and/or if my continued participation in the activity will endanger me and/or the safety of the group. I acknowledge that is my obligation to inform the guide, in advance of any activity, of any medical or physical disability or limitation that might disable me or render me unable to perform or safely complete that activity, and I also acknowledge that I am the best judge of my own condition and limitation and that it is incumbent on me to fully disclose the full extent of any such conditions or limitations.
